Finance & Operations Manager (Organize Now!)

The Finance & Operations Manager will report to the Executive Director:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to Executive Directorand staff;
  • Data processing;
  • Organizing day to day flow of the Florida operation;
  • Manage payroll processingandaccounts receivable & payable;
  • Create financial reportsandcash flow;
  • Schedule meetingsandtravel planning for staff;
  • Organizing meetingsandevents;
  • Assist in Event Planning;
  • Organizing filesandcorrespondence;
  • Prepareanddistribute confidential materials to the Board of
    Directors;
  • Manage all administrative staff in satellite offices;

Qualifications

  • High-level of financial management skills;
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel and other management software is a must;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasksandcompeting priorities
    simultaneously;
  • Experience managing administrative staff;
  • Ability to handle stressandpressure with ease;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Highly organizedanddetail oriented;
  • Excellent proof reading capability;
  • Desire to work in non-profit management;
  • Demonstrated passion for Social Justice.
