Finance & Operations Manager (Organize Now!)
The Finance & Operations Manager will report to the Executive Director:
Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to Executive Directorand staff;
- Data processing;
- Organizing day to day flow of the Florida operation;
- Manage payroll processingandaccounts receivable & payable;
- Create financial reportsandcash flow;
- Schedule meetingsandtravel planning for staff;
- Organizing meetingsandevents;
- Assist in Event Planning;
- Organizing filesandcorrespondence;
- Prepareanddistribute confidential materials to the Board of
Directors; - Manage all administrative staff in satellite offices;
Qualifications
- High-level of financial management skills;
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel and other management software is a must;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasksandcompeting priorities
simultaneously; - Experience managing administrative staff;
- Ability to handle stressandpressure with ease;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Highly organizedanddetail oriented;
- Excellent proof reading capability;
- Desire to work in non-profit management;
- Demonstrated passion for Social Justice.
